Buried in an unmarked grave in the same plot with Henry Glaser and Alben Kohler in New Orleans (Milneburg) cemetery.
He was the originator of ‘Heavenly Hash’ and sold his recipe to the Elmer Candy Company.
He was manager of Gluck’s Restaurant on St. Charles Street, just off Poydras (in New Orleans), and was purchasing agent for the Gluck chain.
